In 2023 ControlUp took market position & leadership with the appointment of a new C-Level team focused on delivering a heightened strategic vision. Which was to not just ‘define and lead’ the emerging Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tech industry category, but to ‘make it their own’.
Brief.
ControlUp teams were busy making transformational changes, but needed a suitable platform to physically bring everyone together to kick that vision off. Fuel was appointed to deliver that vision with an exciting combined internal Sales Kick Off and channel focused Go To Market (GTM) event in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia called ‘Elevate’.
Challenge.
With only six weeks to get the event themed, planned and executed, Fuel focused on leading and integrating with the CEO’s leadership team and colleagues from day one. To succeed, ‘Elevate’ needed to connect on a physical and emotional level with ControlUp teams and crucially its channel partners. Elevate needed to set the tone and focus for the entire GTM strategy and vision for the whole business.
